Integration Classes
Come Join me and a room full of beautiful souls that want to deepen their connection to self and the Divine!
These Classes will start in April at the location of Such N' Stuff.
I am very excited to be starting these classes with you!
I believe, we all have an innate ability to listen to, and understand the energy of our Body and Mind, and to be able to heal ourselves from the inside, and reconnect to our true essence, underneath the identity that we have progressively built over the span of our lives.

If you have shared space with me in one of my energy healing sessions, you may have heard me say that your energy will be guiding the sessions, as to what is needing to be addressed at the time of the appointment.
And the magical part of these classes, will be that the universal energy will be guiding these classes, as to what will be taught, the group exercises we will be going through, and the uncovering of layers of limiting and unhealthy belief systems that we are hiding within our body.
These Classes will shift energy, open up blockages, bring awareness to unhealthy thought patterns, and so much more,
Holding the intention of True and Stable Inner Transformation, Deeper Self Awareness,
and Acceptance of Natural Self Evolution,
All resulting in uncovering our Innate Sense of,
Unconditional Self Love,
Support,

Acceptance.
