And welcome to my little Oasis.
Let me introduce myself!
My practice is located close to downtown Regina, on the lower level of a beautiful brick building, where I am so grateful to be working alongside another phenomenal BodyTalk Practitioner, and together we create a beautiful healing space that allows clients to feel safe and comfortable to work through and release the energy that is wanting to be released from the body and mind.
As of August 2025 I will be transitioning from Regular Deep Tissue Massage Treatments into full time energy work through my Emotional Release Massage Therapy Treatments and BodyTalk Sessions. These sessions have deeper and more impactful results within and throughout the lives of the people who give these sessions a try, more-so than the Regular Deep Tissue Massage Treatments.
As my passion is to assist people on their journey of healing the body and mind, these sessions are more beneficial for the entire wellbeing of the person, and I am so grateful that I have been given this gift to be able to help people on their journey to create health and balance.

My name is Asyah, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist, and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.
I have practiced Massage Therapy since 2014, and have been practicing BodyTalk since 2022.
I've used my experience and knowledge of Massage Therapy and BodyTalk to create the Emotional Release Massage Therapy Sessions, where we combine both healing modalities to release the emotional stress that our bodies have accumulated throughout our life.
These sessions bring attention and awareness to the emotional blockages that are creating heaviness and stagnation in our mental, emotional and physical bodies, while mobilizing and releasing that stagnant energy, resulting in balance and health throughout the Body and Mind.
These sessions, no matter which session you are drawn to, will leave you feeling lighter, more energized, and with a deeper sense of mental peace and clarity.
