Let me introduce myself!
My practice is located close to downtown Regina, on the lower level of a beautiful brick building, where I am so grateful to be working alongside another phenomenal BodyTalk Practitioner, and together we create a beautiful healing space that allows clients to feel safe and comfortable to work through and release the energy that is wanting to be released from the body and mind.

My name is Asyah, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist, and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.
I have practiced Massage Therapy since 2014, and have been practicing BodyTalk since 2022.
I've used my experience and knowledge of Massage Therapy and BodyTalk to create the Emotional Release Massage Therapy Sessions, where we combine both healing modalities to release the emotional stress that our bodies have accumulated throughout our life.
These sessions bring attention and awareness to the emotional blockages that are creating heaviness and stagnation in our mental, emotional and physical bodies, while mobilizing and releasing the stagnant energy, resulting in balance and health throughout the Body and Mind.
These sessions, no matter which session you are drawn to, will leave you feeling lighter, more energized, and with a deeper sense of mental peace and clarity.
