One-on-One Session & Class Information
This will give you more information on the One-on-One Sessions, and extra information on what to expect in the classes.

Integration Classes
The Integration Classes are named as such, because the word integration means "the process of Combining separate parts into a unified, functioning whole."
And so, not only will we be combining the energy of the individuals in the room, we will also be integrating the individual body, mind, and soul, restoring balance, harmony, and alignment.
- These classes will Not be teaching massage techniques.
- These Classes will address the 4 main Pillars; The Mental, The Emotional, The Physical and The Spiritual. And looking at all the different parts that make up the 4 Pillars.​​
- We will be doing Body Movements combined with breathwork, group exercises that will help open up and heighten our 5 main senses ( Eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and touch ), along with Chakra alignment exercises, and opening up the different Circuits of energy that run through our body, all while opening up awareness to the Conscious and Subconscious Mind. And then to end the class off, we will be doing a meditation guided by Innate, helping integrate and ground the shifts made throughout the class.

These classes will open up gentle healing within our body and mind.
Whether you want to start your healing journey, or continue on your healing journey, or just want a supportive environment to come and join, these classes are designed to open connection and safety, amongst the chaos of life.

- These classes will run for 2 hours
- Class price will be $100, per spot. Payment to be made before class begins, either in person, or via E-transfer to the phone number of 306-530-4254
- Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle, as the classes will be interactive!

Emotional Release Massage Therapy
The Emotional Release Massage Therapy Sessions (ERMT) were created in November of 2024, and has since grown to be one of my most popular sessions. As it is not only a powerful therapeutic massage treatment, but also incorporates the energetic Body, Mind and Soul healing of BodyTalk, and then topped off with the detoxifying benefits of Lymphatic Drainage techniques. All packed into one simple, very relaxing and incredibly grounding 60 or 90 minutes sessions.
- These sessions are completely guided by the clients energy. We will work on the areas that are coming up as a priority that are needing to be addressed at the time of the appointment.
- These sessions are designed to work through the layers of ourselves that we are holding onto, both consciously and subconsciously, that are affecting our entire body and mind, and therefore affecting our day to day life, in one way or another.
-These Sessions can be requested as *Silent Treatments,* for those who prefer a silent massage, while still receiving the energetic healing.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy
Now for the Therapeutic Massage Treatments!
These treatments are not your average Massage. They are jam packed with lymphatic drainage techniques and heavily target the parasympathetic nervous system, to help our body and mind come from fight or flight, into a deep state of relaxation. Even though your appointment is only 60 or 90 minutes, you will leave, feeling like you can take on the rest of the day from a grounded mind.

We will address the problem areas that you are having issues with, or if you just want to book an appointment to escape the busy world outside for a bit and let your mind zone out.
- These Treatments are usually best absorbed in silence. To let your mind do what it needs to do, while the rest of your body gets to relax. Leaving you feeling like your walking back into the world on a light and fluffy cloud.
